How a Remote Session Works
Remote sessions are a quick and cost-effective way to receive help. The best part, zero technical experience is required.
Choose a date and time. The time you select marks the beginning of a 30-minute window for your session to start and is not the exact call time.
Provide your name, phone, and email.
When it’s time for service, simply answer our call. Our friendly team will handle the rest!
Remote Sessions are $75 per hour with a one-hour minimum.
